Program
RepMonitor.Site operates a transactional SMS program for users who explicitly opt in. There is no marketing or promotional SMS.

How to opt in
You can opt in during sign up at /auth or at any time from your notification preferences after signing in. Opt-in requires you to check the "Receive SMS Reputation Alerts" box and to have a valid mobile phone number on file. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity of the properties you monitor and the authentication events on your account. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out (STOP) & help (HELP)
Reply STOP to any RepMonitor.Site SMS to cancel. You may also disable SMS at any time from your alert preferences after signing in. Reply HELP for help, or email sms@repmonitor.site.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US mobile networks; message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our SMS carrier (Twilio) strictly to deliver the transactional messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for details.
