Property Review Monitoring Software
Review monitoring software built for property portfolios.
Most review tools were designed for one business with one location. Property owners run dozens of assets, each with its own listings, tenants, and competitive set. RepMonitor monitors all of them together.
What it monitors
- • Ratings and review volume per platform, per asset, refreshed on a schedule.
- • Historical snapshots that power 1–12 month trend comparisons.
- • Listing presence and accuracy across the major map surfaces.
- • Competitive properties, including their ratings and direct links.
- • Alerts when an asset's score drops or negative themes cluster.
Reporting that leaves the platform
Formatted Excel exports and embeddable public summaries mean ownership and investor reporting doesn't require another login. See portfolio reputation management for the asset-level view.
Frequently asked questions
- Which review sources are monitored?
- Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook, and Apartments.com for multifamily assets. Each asset shows a per-platform rating, review count, and trend line.
- How often are reviews refreshed?
- Assets are refreshed on a recurring schedule and can be refreshed on demand. Every refresh is snapshotted, which is what powers the historical trend comparisons.
- Can I export the data?
- Yes. Portfolio and property data export to formatted Excel workbooks including per-platform ratings, score source, competitor counts, and competitor averages.
